At TableTrove, we take as much care in crafting our return policy as we do in selecting our premium tableware collections. Should any item not meet your expectations, we’re pleased to offer a straightforward return or exchange process within 15 days of receipt.
Our Return Commitment
We understand that discerning hosts deserve tableware that perfectly complements their dining aesthetic. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll gladly accept returns of most items in their original condition.
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and quality, we cannot accept returns on:
- Cheese Boards & Accessories (due to food contact surfaces)
- Flatware Sets that have been removed from protective packaging
- Knife Sets (for safety reasons)
- Any items marked as “Final Sale”
Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Within 15 days of receiving your order, please email our Customer Care team at [email protected] with the following information:

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with detailed return instructions. Please include this RMA number with your return shipment.
Step 3: Prepare Your Package
Please ensure all items are:
- In original condition (unused, unwashed, with all tags attached)
- Securely packaged in the original packaging when possible
- Included a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
Step 4: Ship Your Return

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days of arrival):
- Refund Method: Your original payment method will be credited
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after approval
- Refund Amount: The item price minus any original shipping costs (unless return is due to our error)
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly indicate your desired replacement item(s) in your return request
- Once we receive your return, we’ll ship the replacement item
- You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs
International Returns
For our international customers (excluding certain Asian and remote regions):
- All customs duties and taxes for returns are the customer’s responsibility
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
- International refunds may take 7-10 additional business days to process
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage or incorrect item. We’ll arrange for a replacement or return at no cost to you.
