Shipping Information
Order Processing
We carefully prepare each order within 1-2 business days of receiving your payment. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods
We offer two shipping options to suit your needs:
Standard Shipping – $12.95
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Includes tracking and insurance
Free Shipping (Orders over $50)
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Basic tracking included
Note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on destination. We ship worldwide except to certain Asian and remote regions.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our premium tableware collections with a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. Please review our straightforward process below.
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain our high standards of hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns on:
- Cheese Boards & Accessories (due to food contact surfaces)
- Flatware Sets removed from protective packaging
- Knife Sets (for safety reasons)
- Items marked “Final Sale”
Return Process
Follow these simple steps for returns or exchanges:
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Within 15 days of receiving your order, email our Customer Care team at [email protected] with:
- Subject: Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
- Request type (return or exchange)
- Order number
- Item names
- Reason for return
- For exchanges, specify preferred replacement items
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions. Include this RMA number with your return shipment.
Step 3: Prepare Your Package
Ensure all items are:
- In original condition (unused, unwashed, with all tags attached)
- Securely packaged in original packaging when possible
- Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
Step 4: Ship Your Return

Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days):
- Refund Method: Original payment method
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after approval
- Refund Amount: Item price minus original shipping costs (unless return is due to our error)
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly indicate desired replacement item(s) in your return request
- Once we receive your return, we’ll ship the replacement item
- You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs
International Returns
For our international customers:
- All customs duties and taxes for returns are the customer’s responsibility
- Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
- Refunds may take 7-10 additional business days to process
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We’ll arrange for a replacement or return at no cost to you.
