We take great care to accurately describe our premium tableware products. However, slight variations in color or design may occur due to monitor settings or handmade craftsmanship. If a product does not match its description, you may return it following our Return Policy.

2.2 Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products without notice. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and either cancel that item or offer a suitable alternative.

2.3 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Cheese Boards & Accessories (due to food contact surfaces)
• Flatware Sets removed from protective packaging
• Knife Sets (for safety reasons)
• Items marked “Final Sale”

3. Ordering and Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline orders for any reason, including errors in pricing or product availability. Orders are not binding until we send you an order confirmation.

3.2 Pricing

All prices are in US Dollars and exclude applicable taxes and shipping fees unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but price changes will not affect confirmed orders.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We offer two shipping methods:

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on destination. We ship worldwide except to certain Asian and remote regions.

4.3 Delivery Responsibilities

Once we hand your order to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate shipping information
• Any additional customs fees or import taxes
• Inspecting shipments upon delivery and reporting any damage immediately

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Return Policy

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery for most items. To be eligible for return, items must be:

• In original condition (unused, unwashed, with all tags attached)
• Securely packaged in original packaging when possible
• Accompanied by a copy of your order confirmation

5.2 Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Wait for our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

5.3 Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund amount will be the item price minus original shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error).

TableTrove shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim related to these terms or your purchases shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

We make no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of website content. Product warranties, if any, are provided by manufacturers and are subject to their terms.
